Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and always tailored to you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I listen closely, adapt to your needs, and create a space where you can reflect, explore, and make sense of what feels difficult right now. My role is to walk alongside you, offering both support and challenge, so that together we can uncover new ways forward.

I bring over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health and well-being. I’ve worked across primary and secondary care, charities, and leading organisations, often within multidisciplinary teams supporting people with complex needs. For the past 8 years, I’ve also dedicated myself to private practice, working with adults from diverse backgrounds. This breadth of experience means you are held by someone who is not only highly trained but also deeply attuned to the many different ways people experience life and its challenges.

Gestalt & Integrative Therapy

At the heart of my practice is Gestalt therapy, which focuses on the here-and-now: how you experience yourself, others, and the world in each moment. Blending this with an integrative approach allows me to draw flexibly on different methods, tailoring the work to your unique needs.

I also offer EMDR, a structured and evidence-based approach for working with trauma. EMDR supports the brain and body to reprocess painful experiences, reducing their intensity and helping you move forward with greater resilience and confidence.
