My experience and variety of roles working in this sector have allowed me to gain first-hand experience and understanding of a variety of psychological/emotional difficulties and distress. Furthermore, the depth of my experience has allowed me to work with a number of people from different social and cultural backgrounds, which has allowed me to be understanding and open to individual difference, diversity and culture, something which I feel is important in this field and has enriched the way work.
