Initial Consultation
An in-depth starting point

We begin with a 50-minute consultation

This is a focused and collaborative conversation where we explore what brings you to therapy, your history, and your goals. I’ll invite you to share at your own pace, and we’ll begin to identify the themes or challenges that feel most pressing.
This session also gives you a chance to experience how I work and ask any questions you may have about therapy. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether short-term focused therapy or open-ended, deeper work feels right for you.

There is no obligation to continue beyond this appointment; it can stand alone as a supportive consultation or serve as the first step towards ongoing therapy. Either way, the aim is to give you clarity, confidence, and a foundation to move forward.

Psychotherapy
Specialist integrative therapy
Following your consultation, you may continue with ongoing psychotherapy:

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes. You can choose short-term therapy (up to 15 sessions) to focus on a specific concern, such as anxiety, loss, or confidence, or open-ended treatment, which allows more time to explore deeper patterns, long-standing experiences, and identity work at your own pace.

As a psychotherapist with extensive postgraduate and Master's-level training in Gestalt therapy, I integrate a range of approaches to ensure the work is always tailored, holistic, and transformative. Weekly or fortnightly sessions create a rhythm and consistency that support real change, helping you develop new awareness, stronger resilience, and lasting shifts in how you experience yourself and your relationships.
EMDR Therapy
Advanced trauma treatment
For clients working specifically with trauma:

I offer EMDR as a dedicated, specialist service.
Recognised by the World Health Organisation and the NHS as one of the most effective trauma treatments, EMDR helps the brain safely reprocess difficult memories so they lose their intensity and impact in the present.​ I offer two formats:
​
50 minutes (regular): £100 weekdays / £110 Saturdays. Ideal for steady, ongoing trauma work that supports resilience and recovery.
​
90 minutes (extended): £135 weekdays / £145 Saturdays. Recommended for complex or multiple traumas, allowing us to work in depth without rushing the process.
